Today we celebrate 25 years together. I’ve not yet decorated our cake. It is small…6"(flavors we both like) on an 8"(flavors the kids will eat).
I decided, for our tier, on coconut cake, with ….hold onto your napkins now…pineapple-coconut-white chocolate-cream cheese mousse filling and iced with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. For the larger tier, chocolate chip cake with chocolate-espresso-cream cheese mousse and iced in vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.
Right now, I have them crumb coated so I’ve got quite a bit left to do.
